What we built.

This project covered the full lifecycle of a mobile product from strategic framing to technical spec. Each deliverable maps to a distinct layer of systems analysis — business, process, project, UX, and data.

01

Business Model Canvas

Mapped Coca-Cola's full business model across all nine BMC dimensions — partners, activities, value proposition, customer segments, and revenue streams.

02

BPMN Process Diagram

Modeled the production and distribution process using swimlane notation — from customer demand through bottling partners to market availability.

03

Work Breakdown Structure

Planned the app development project into three phases: user research, technical development, and testing and implementation.

04

App Wireframes

Designed three core screens for the Coca-Cola mobile app: a home dashboard, a loyalty rewards interface, and a product shop.

05

Entity Relationship Diagram

Modeled the app's data structure — defining entities, primary keys, foreign keys, and the relationships that support the platform's core features.
