About This Work
I've always believed that writing isn't separate from business acumen — it's an expression of it. The ability to frame a complex idea, choose the right angle, and make your reader feel something is the same skill that makes a great consultant, communicator, or leader.
Rouge Magazine gave me a place to do that at scale. UGA's student-run lifestyle publication has a real editorial process — pitching, editing, photography coordination, and print production — and getting published in it meant meeting a high bar, not just submitting something.
The features below reflect my ability to take a topic with cultural weight and shape it into something readers actually want to engage with. That translation work — from observation to story — is exactly what I bring into strategy and communications contexts.

A Guide to Modern Day Office Wear
As Gen Z enters the workforce, the rules around professional dress are being rewritten in real time. This feature examines how younger professionals are pushing back against rigid dress codes — not out of carelessness, but out of a genuine belief that personal style and professional credibility aren't mutually exclusive. Drawing on research into workplace psychology and evolving industry norms, the piece makes the case that what you wear shapes how you think, how others perceive you, and ultimately how you perform. A practical guide framed inside a bigger cultural argument.
